Report a wrong result, a bug or an idea
The quickest way is the mtools feedback page on GitHub, where a short form asks for what is needed to reproduce a problem. You'll need a free GitHub account. Reports there are public, so you can see what others have reported and what has been fixed.
No GitHub account? Email feedback at mtools dot co. To help reproduce a problem, please include:
- the tool and what you did;
- what you expected and what happened instead;
- your browser and its version, and your operating system.
Please don't send real secrets. If a problem involves a token, password or private data, replace it with a made-up example that shows the same problem.

Security issues
If you find a security vulnerability, please report it privately before telling anyone else, so it can be fixed first:
- on GitHub, with Report a vulnerability, which only the site's owner can see; or
- by email to security at mtools dot co.

Accessibility
If something on the site is hard to use with your keyboard, screen reader or other assistive technology, please say so, on the feedback page or by email. See the accessibility statement for what has been tested.
